Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due:

• 30 days before arrival for exclusive lodge hire bookings.
• 14 days before arrival for glamping pod bookings.

If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing.

Exclusive Lodge Hire

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of all monies paid, less a £25 administration fee.
• Between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value remains payable.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund will be due.

Glamping Pods

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of all monies paid, less a £25 administration fee.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund will be due.

Re-booking of Cancelled Dates

Where accommodation is re-booked for the same dates following a cancellation, we may, at our discretion, refund part or all of the cancellation charges paid, less any reasonable administration costs. Note that re-listing at short notice can require heavy discounting and such losses will be accounted for in any discretionary refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances which may result in the cancellation or curtailment of their stay.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour your booking, we will offer either an alternative date (subject to availability) or a full refund of all monies paid. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
